Features of EV Type:
The emulsification is conducted in totally airtight condition. The material is cut, mixed and emulsified through high-speed inner circulation in lower homo mixer. When upper scraping stirrer rotates, centrifuge will happen to make PTFE scarper closely cling to wall of kettle, which can effectively solve the problem of material sticking on wall and prevent the pollution of dust and microorganism. The emulsified product will be shiny and delicate with smallest particle size in 3~5μm.
Features of CM Type:
Such device is improved from introduced equipment. It is the necessary device in domestic to produce middle and high-grade emulsion and cream. Obtaining reasonable design and advanced technique, every technical data of this device can compare to the similar equipment of 1980s’ in foreign country. The cutting frequency of Italian TE-3 type and Japanese YQ type vacuum homogenized emulsifying kettle is 2 times lower than this device. The material is specially delicate and shiny after homo mixing. The homo mixing system of this device uses impelling extrusion worm gear cutting structure, through which material is transferred into homo mixer by impeller and homo mixed by two fixed ring gear as well as impelling worm gear (dynamic). When impeller rotates at high speed, the produced attraction will press material into extrusion and worm gear to be cut and homo mixed. When homo mixer works, it can shut off all valves between kettle body and homo mixer tubes for inner and external circulating homo mixing as per materials’ different viscosities, which can ensure all materials to be equally emulsified. At the same time, homo mixer can also be used as material output pump and cleaning pump. When advanced scraping stirrer rotates, centrifuge will happen to make PTFE scarper closely cling to wall of kettle, which can effectively solve the problem of material sticking on wall without leaving any residue. The ideal frequency conversion and speed adjustment device can guarantee random stepless timing. The device sets unique mirror on kettle and equips enclosed lighting for operator observing emulsifying process at any time. Heating and cooling of whole set are finished in one jacket. Outside of jacket, there are alumino-silicate layer for heat preservation. The mirror-polished stainless steel decorating sheet covers the layer to save energy and cooling time as well as prevent burnings to operator for safe reason.
